3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the floral arrangements passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. The Seller is not responsible for any damage or delays incurred during transit. 4. Delivery Address: The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Any additional charges due to incorrect address information will be the Buyer's responsibility.

5. Shipping Delays: The Seller is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other events beyond its control. In the event of a delay, the Seller will notify the Buyer as soon as possible.
